Botanist
Brand Identity & Packaging System, 2025
A refreshed identity and packaging system for a botanical nail-care brand, balancing expressive shade stories with a clear, scalable retail system.
Beauty & Skincare Brand Identity Packaging

A flexible identity built around each shade.
The packaging system creates consistency across the collection while giving each shade its own visual identity. A shared typographic structure, information hierarchy, and carton architecture establish the framework, while color and botanical imagery shift to reflect the character of each product.
Refining the brand without losing its botanical character.
The identity was refined to create a clearer, more confident foundation for the packaging system. The updated wordmark, typography, and supporting graphic language bring greater consistency to the brand while retaining the natural character at the center of Botanist.
One system, with room for individual expression.
Each shade is paired with its own color palette and botanical story, allowing individual products to feel distinctive without fragmenting the collection. Cropped floral imagery becomes the primary expressive element, shifting in scale, color, and composition while the underlying packaging architecture remains consistent.
Designed as a system, not just a front panel.
The carton architecture extends the identity across every surface. Product naming, shade information, opacity, benefits, and supporting details follow a repeatable hierarchy designed to make the range easier to navigate while maintaining a strong shelf presence.
A framework designed to grow with the collection.
The final guidelines document the core identity, packaging architecture, typography, color logic, and image direction, creating a practical framework for maintaining consistency as new shades and products are introduced.
